PARKING, LOCATION, & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We are located inside the Salon Republic on Level 3. When at the front reception desk, turn left and we are located in Studio 105.

  • Yes!

    There is a parking garage at the entrance. Park on Level 3 for Salon Republic, we are located inside! There is complimentary valet on the 3rd floor of the garage for clients.

    There is also metered street parking. There are elevators located on the street level to the right of Erewhon, take the elevator to Level 3 for Salon Republic, we are located inside!

  • You will get an email prior to your appointment for the service you’ve booked with any pre-appointment details.

  • Please bring a valid ID and form of payment.

  • Your deposit reserves your appointment and will be applied toward your treatment total.

  • We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your treatment at the time of service.

    If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Yes. We frequently accommodate group bookings. In office we can do up to 3 people at a time. For House Calls, we can accommodate larger group bookings like beauty parties, bridal parties, and private events.
